Annual Review of Macau Gaming Law: Tuesday, 7 June 2011, at 18:30 in auditorium II of the Library, University of Macau

You are invited to a seminar on gaming law that shall take place next week at the University of Macau. We shall have three speakers, as follows:

      1.  From Fantan to VIP Baccarat: a history of games of chance in Macau, Jorge Godinho, Associate Professor, University of Macau

      2.  Macau casino anti-money laundering legal framework, Duarte Chagas, DICJ legal adviser, Macau SAR Government

      3.  Poker’s Black Friday, I. Nelson Rose, Distinguished Senior Professor, Whittier Law School, Costa Mesa, California and Visiting Professor, University of Macau

The seminar shall take place Tuesday, 7 June 2011, at 18:30 in auditorium II of the Library, University of Macau. The language used shall be English only (no translation available).

The seminar is organized in the framework of the International Business Law master and postgraduate program offered by the Faculty of Law. The seminar shall become an annual event under the title ‘Annual Review of Macau Gaming Law’.
